The room was spotless, new-fashioned with the free standing bath in the window alcove and the overall experience was very comfortable. The breakfasts here where good with meats and cheese, as example.

Recommend this hotel, and will be back if and when I visit Newcastle upon Tyne. Its a fabulous base for celebrating birthday. The stuff is attentive and very helpful. The venue has perfect and decent location to the Newcastle area.

Grounds were kept clean, breakfast was satisfactory. I booked themed newly decorated room with an awesome continental breakfast. Could be great for a couple of nights.
The bed was very uncomfortable, that's my bad luck.

Very well decorated room, very clean bed and quiet in the evenings. A wide array of facilities such as: coffee and tea/coffee. Quiet location in relaxing area, close to Gosforth and Jesmond bars, good local restuarants, and the centre of Gosforth.

We had a wonderful stay at The Townhouse in Newcastle. The French gentleman who welcomed us was brilliant, showing us to our gorgeous room and even having a glass of wine waiting for us. The breakfast selection was lovely, and the bed and shower were both very comfortable. The location was quiet yet close to all amenities, making it perfect for a short stay. The room had everything we needed and was beautifully decorated with high quality fixtures and fittings. Highly recommend!
